To those y baru nk lapor diri utk kerja baru / praktikal / Industrial Training / mahupun nk sambung study, senang kata korg ni merangkul status 'newbie' / freshy / junior / intern (regardless of ur age/past experiences/past post), bolehlah amalkan TIPS berikut:

1) Just be the way u are...xyah nk hipokrit so that they will get to know u better :D

2) Just be cool xyah nk arrogant sgt dgn past experience, sbb dorg xde tgk sgt pun especially with ur senior/colleagues kecuali to those y betul2 kenal/terima u kerja situ (sila lah perform seikhlas mungkin);

3) Be warm and friendly but not over-friendly coz dorg mudah rimas...xyah la nk jadi kaki gosip/kaki ampu/kaki kipas atau paling best, try nk rangkul anugerah anak emas boss...title tu smua boleh mengganggu gugat keamanan jangka masa pjg korg spjg berada di sana;

4) Be part of the BIG TEAM...maybe peranan korg tu kecil sgt2 compared to others but try to embrace and indulge urself with the vision of ur team! Do ur part the BEST you can! :D

5) Paling penting: Ingat KENAPA anda BERADA DI SITU? bila nawaitu betul, insyaAllah semua y dirancang berjalan sesuai rencana

Masuk makmal, kita bereksperimen,
Masuk bilik detektif, kita bersoal siasat,
Masuk dapur, kita memasak,
Dan bila masuk bilik karyawan, kita berkarya lor...
(hoho...xnak dah guna kambing, harimau...)
